CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from Ralph Lauren, you may return it to us for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods by following the steps outlined below. We do not offer an exchange service.

The return can only be accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition. The goods must be unworn and unwashed and in a resaleable condition. The goods to be exchanged or returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, all packaging material and labels, as well as any accessories and instruction booklets. Refunds or exchanges are not possible for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.

Please note that returns are not possible for certain items purchased on RalphLauren.de:

• Customized items (including items from the RL Custom Shop)

• Perfume, if the sealed package has been opened

• Swimwear and underwear if the hygiene strip has been removed (Please note that, for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip)

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection regulations. You may cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the terms of this document.
